Shipping and Handling

We welcome orders from across the world. Charges for delivery vary according to the size and weight of the goods. Outside the EU local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the EU.

Please note:
Delivery prices may vary for parcels being sent to: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands. A member of staff will contact you regarding delivery price and payment.

Delivery Schedule

 If the item you require is in stock we will despatch it within 1-2 working days. We use an express 24 hour delivery service within England that costs £10.99 per parcel. Please note if any item is temporarily out of stock we will aim to get it to you within 28 days but you will always be notified if there is to be a delay and will have the option to cancel your order.

Overseas Orders

We welcome orders from overseas. Charges for delivery vary according to size and weight of the goods. Once the order is received, we will weigh and measure the contents and then find the cheapest quote using Transglobal. We will then contact you with the delivery charge, and if all agreeable, we will send you a payment link to make payment. For further information, please get in touch. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the UK. We advise that you check with your local customs regarding any queries around duties to be paid.


Due to Brexit please note that any orders to be delivered outside of the UK may incur import taxes which will be liable to the customer. We will be unable to estimate what those charges may be and you will be contacted by the courier service used. 

Please note:

  • Due to recent custom regulations, we no longer ship to China
  • We are unable to ship furniture abroad. This includes: Cot Beds, Changing Tables, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobes. 
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will always aim to get an item which is temporarily out of stock to you within 28 days.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee and Returns - Web Orders

If you are unhappy with your goods, please return them to us within 28 days for an exchange or full refund. Please retain all original packaging. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds on customer damaged items. Please ensure that cleaning instructions are carefully followed. We are not able to refund postage except when the goods are faulty. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate when returning items to us , as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Guarantee and Returns - Shop Bought Items

For shop bought items we offer an exchange only policy within 28 days of purchase provided it is unused, unwashed and free from any marks or defects. Items must also be within their original packaging or gift wrapping. We cannot exchange Hairbrushes, Rugs, Mattresses or any Soft Toys for hygiene reasons. Sale goods are non-returnable. We do not offer credit notes, exchanges must be done equal to the amount spent or more on the day of exchange.
