We welcome orders from across the world. Charges for delivery vary according to the size and weight of the goods. Outside the EU local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the EU.

Delivery prices may vary for parcels being sent to: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands. A member of staff will contact you regarding delivery price and payment.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of placing your order. We use an express 24 hour delivery service within the UK that costs £9.99 per parcel. Please note if any item is temporarily out of stock we will aim to get it to you within 28 days but you will always be notified if there is to be a delay and will have the option to cancel your order.
FURNITURE DELIVERY TAKES 2-3 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. We will be in contact with you regarding dates and times. Please note our delivery period can be in a 4 hour window.
Overseas OrdersWe welcome orders from overseas. Charges for delivery vary according to size and weight of the goods. Once the order is received, we will weigh and measure the contents and then find the cheapest quote using Transglobal. We will then contact you with the delivery charge, and if all agreeable, we will send you a payment link to make payment. For further information, please get in touch. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the UK. We advise that you check with your local customs regarding any queries around duties to be paid.
BREXIT
Due to Brexit please note that any orders to be delivered outside of the UK may incur import taxes which will be liable to the customer. We will be unable to estimate what those charges may be and you will be contacted by the courier service used.
Please note:
If you require a refund, please return them to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. Please retain all original packaging. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds on customer damaged items. Please ensure that cleaning instructions are carefully followed. We are not able to refund postage except when the goods are faulty. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate when returning items to us , as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Furniture orders
Furniture orders take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Orders placed requiring assembly will be delivered by private delivery driver. Orders placed not requiring assembly will be sent by courier, if there is more than one piece of furniture it will arrive on a pallet. Changing tables will be delivered by private delivery driver.
Cancellation policy of furniture: Orders must be cancelled within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Cancellations placed after 14 days will be subject to a cancellation charge.
