Delivery Charges
Standard UK mainland Delivery - £9.99 dispatched within 3-5 working days, using 1-2 day service
Delivery to rest of the world - Please email with your full order if you would like to be informed of the delivery fees to send abroad before you place your order, otherwise place your order and we will be in contact with a quote, your quote will include shipping cost including insurance and a lead time.*
* Import duty or VAT/tax costs may be invoiced to you directly from an import broker, this is at the customer's cost and we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
Shipping and Handling
We welcome orders from across the world. Charges for delivery vary according to the size and weight of the goods. Outside the EU local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the EU.
Please note:
Delivery prices may vary for parcels being sent to: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and The Channel Islands. A member of staff will contact you regarding delivery price and payment.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of placing your order. In some rare cases it may take up to a week to dispatch. We use an express 24 hour delivery service within the UK that is a flat rate fee of £9.99 per parcel. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and will be given the option to exchange (swap) or receive a refund.
Overseas Orders
We welcome orders from overseas. Charges for delivery vary according to size and weight of the goods. Once the order is received, we will weigh and measure the contents and then find the cheapest quote using Transglobal. We will then contact you with the delivery charge, and if all agreeable, we will send you a payment link to make payment. For further information, please get in touch. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for import duties levied in countries outside the UK. We advise that you check with your local customs regarding any queries around duties to be paid.
European order- BREXIT
Due to Brexit please note that any orders to be delivered outside of the UK may incur import taxes which will be liable to the customer. We will be unable to estimate what those charges may be and you will be contacted by the courier service used.
Guarantee and Returns
If you are not quite satisfied with your item/items, please contact us to request to return the item/items to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. Please retain all original packaging. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds on customer damaged items. Please ensure that cleaning instructions are carefully followed. We are not able to refund postage except when the goods are faulty. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please email the below email and we will send you a return slip along with the postage address.
