    All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
  2. Orders
    By placing an order through our Site, you agree that:
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • All personal information you provide is true and accurate.
  • Your payment method is valid, and you authorise us to charge the total order amount.

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment of your order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed once we have confirmed acceptance by dispatching the product(s) to you.

  1. Payment
    We accept payment through various methods, including major credit/debit cards, including Amex. All prices are in GBP (£), and any applicable taxes are included in the total. Shipping costs will be added at checkout for UK orders, for overseas orders you will be charged separately.
  2. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or carrier issues.

  1. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Soft toys
  • Bespoke Items
  • All Sale items including furniture

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a delay in our performance due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, strikes, or supply chain interruptions.
